International Test Pilots School Canada is set to open its Tactical Training Centre in North Bay on July 6, with a $35 million 64,000-sq-ft campus to follow. Relocating from London for uncongested airspace and military heritage, the centre supports 60 staff, growing to 200 jobs and complements its six-jet trainer order for NATO pilot training.
