OPP officers gathered in Mississauga on Thursday to bid farewell to Const. Tarun Bali, 29, who was killed in Hearst. Lt.-Gov. Edith Dumont, Chief Supt. Carl Thomas and Premier Doug Ford honoured his courage, dedication and service across 11 Ontario detachments.
