Police in Sudbury have laid no charges in death of teenager Grace Ranger, who was struck by a vehicle on April 16 citing insufficient grounds for charges against the driver given the limited lighting. Authorities say an altercation with another girl on sidewalk preceded collision away from crosswalk where she was hit. The altercation still under investigation.
