Thessalon's ER will be closed as of Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. and will not reopen until Saturday. The North Shore's Blind River, Richards Landing, Sault Ste. Marie hospitals remain open. Officials say that for non-emergencies telehealth services and access to a nurse practitioner are available but to call 911 for emergencies.
