Construction is underway at Greater Sudbury’s future event centre site. Steel pilings are being driven 26 to 56 metres into bedrock to secure the foundation. Crews expect the building's shell to be complete by next year, with the full project on track for a fall 2028 opening and a $200 million budget. Madison Marier reports.
