The Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce honoured local businesses and entrepreneurs at its 2025 Business Excellence Awards on Thursday at the Caruso Club. More than 420 community leaders and supporters attended the gala, which recognized outstanding contributions to the city’s economy across 10 award categories. “We are incredibly proud to honour the organizations and individuals who make Greater Sudbury a dynamic and thriving place to live and do business,” said Trevor Lalonde, the chair of the chamber’s board of directors. “Their commitment to excellence, resilience and community leadership is what drives our region forward.” This year’s winners include: Attendees gathered in formal attire to recognize these achievements, with organizers saying the awards night highlights those who have made significant contributions to Sudbury’s business landscape. The event supports the Chamber’s 2025–2030 strategic plan by emphasizing the celebration of successes in the region.
