TORONTO - All the millions of Canadians dreaming of Lotto Max riches will just have to keep dreaming for another week.

There was no winning ticket for Friday's $50 million dollar jackpot.

However, a winning ticket for one of the five Maxmillion prizes was sold in Atlantic Canada.

It was only the third time the jackpot has reached its top level since Lotto Max was launched in September.

And Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. spokeswoman Sarah Kiriliuk Ticket said sales were up 84 per cent nationally compared to last week.

With no big winner last night, the next draw on Friday, June 11, will offer a jackpot of $50 million plus 20 Maxmillions for a potential $70-million payout by the lottery corporation.
