A day after strong winds hit Montreal with force, the possibility of heavy snow and wind is on the forecast. Environment Canada issued a snow squall watch on Saturday, saying winds could gust up to 80 km/h with blowing snow that could reduce visibility to zero. The forecast says flurries could begin in the evening and continue until Sunday morning. “Prepare for the possibility of quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions,” the warning reads. The watch includes the Montreal, South Shore, Laval and regions throughout southwestern Quebec.
