Shots fired at parked vehicle in Pierrefonds-Roxboro

Montreal police (SPVM) are investigating a drive-by shooting that occurred Wednesday night in the Pierrefonds-Roxboro borough.

According to police, a 911 call was received around 8:40 p.m. reporting gunshots fired at a vehicle parked outside a business on Pierrefonds Boulevard near Saint-Pierre Street.

Officers who arrived at the scene found bullet impacts and spoke with a man who was inside the vehicle at the time of the shooting. He was not injured.

Witnesses told police the shots were fired from another vehicle that fled the scene.

A perimeter was established and investigators are analyzing security camera footage.

No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
