A Quebec animal rescue saved three dogs stranded on a 75-foot cliff for five days in the Laurentians earlier this week. Sauvetage Animal Rescue rescued the dogs after they had fallen approximately 30 feet and remained stranded for five days on a cliffside plateau near Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts zipline park on Monday. The rescue team was called to the scene by the local fire department and the SPCA after a nearby neighbor heard barking on the cliff. The three Fox Terriers were not injured but were starving and cold. They were safely returned to their owner, a man in his 80s. According to Steven Amorosa of Sauvetage Animal Rescue, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. However, one possibility is that the dogs ventured off, one fell, and the other two followed.
