Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) issued a frost advisory Friday morning for several parts of northwest Montreal. “Temperatures near or below zero with frost are expected overnight Friday. Damage to plants, trees and crops is possible,” the agency wrote. The areas affected by the frost advisory are: According to Environment Canada, the Island of Montreal should expect temperatures to drop to about 7 C Friday evening, while the city’s suburbs could see temperatures dip slightly more. Temperatures are expected to rise for the rest of the weekend.
