MONTREAL — A motorcyclist lost his life on Saturday in a collision with a tree in Cookshire-Eaton, in the Estrie region. Emergency services were called out at around 3.30 pm following an accident on Route 251. According to initial reports from the Sûreté du Québec, the 30-year-old motorcyclist is believed to have lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
