Quebec provincial police (SQ) have arrested two suspects in connection with the killing of a teen south of Quebec City. In September 2024, a 14-year-old boy’s body was found near a Hells Angels hideout in Frampton, Que., a small town with a population of just over 1,300 people about 75 kilometres south of the provincial capital. The body was reportedly mutilated, and identification was difficult. On Thursday, the SQ said that Dawson Cyr-Léveillé, 24, was arrested in Valleyfield and will appear in court on discharging a firearm, and building and vehicle arson charges. Police add that a 30-year-old suspect was also arrested in the Quebec Detention Centre. A 16-year-old was also arrested in March and appeared in youth court on obstruction and arson charges. The arrests were made out of the SQ’s organized crime division, and were assisted by the Montreal, Laval, and Longueuil police services, in addition to the RCMP.
