WINNIPEG -- The finalists for the CFL's coach of the year award kicked off the Grey Cup festivities Wednesday.

Chris Jones of the Edmonton Eskimos and Rick Campbell of the Ottawa Redblacks addressed the media at the annual head coaches news conference.

Edmonton (14-4) finished tied with Calgary for the CFL's best record this year while Ottawa (12-6) ended up first in the East Division.

The Eskimos advanced to the Grey Cup with a 45-31 win over the Calgary Stampeders in the West Division final while Ottawa dispatched the Hamilton Tiger-Cats 35-28 in the East finale.

Edmonton swept the season series with Ottawa 2-0 but the two teams haven't faced each other since July.
