Police in Buena Park, California say a violent struggle took place inside the Mercedes Benz owned by slain swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore.

Investigators held a news conference Thursday night and revealed evidence of blood splattered on the passenger seat, rear seat and rear windshield. Police also say somone wiped down the inside of the car before it was abandoned in West Hollywood.

"We know there was a struggle between two parites in that vehicle as far as the analysis we are still watiing for the d-n-a to come back but because of the swipes, the motions from wiping, the impints of arms and hands it's the proper conclusion to what we see in these kinds of cases." Says Sargent Roger Powell of the Buena Park Police Department.

Police also say the car had been taken off road in Corona, southeast of Los Angeles. They found twigs in the grill, and mud on the undercarriage. Investigators are now combing the Corona area for further clues.

Fiore, a swimsuit model was found dead in a Buena Park dumpster on August 15. Her husband, former Calgary realtor Ryan Jenkins was considered the prime suspect in the murder.

32 year old Jenkins was found dead in a motel room in Hope, British Columbia. Jenkins is believed to have committed suicide.
