The Ritz-Carlton hotel in Montreal has become the first in Canada to open a luxury Dom Pérignon Champagne bar.
Located in the hotel’s Palm Court, the sleek, dark champagne lounge serves Rosé and Brut Dom Pérignon by glass and bottle.
The luxury champagne house has also set up home in select Bulgari hotels, including the Bulgari Tokyo-Osaka which became the first hotel in Asia to open a Dom Pérignon lounge bar, as well as the Bulgari hotel in Milan.
Meanwhile, at its sister hotel in Berlin the Ritz-Carlton launched an innovative drinks menu inspired by fragrances from Giorgio Armani, L'Artisan Parfumeur and Annick Goutal, Yves Saint Laurent and Guerlain.
Locals looking for a chic place to sip champagne, as well as guests of the tony hotel in Montreal, can visit the bar Thursday to Saturday evenings.
The bar will begin to open nightly beginning next summer.
