One man is in police custody after a dead man was dropped off at a Vancouver Island RCMP detachment Friday night.
The dead man was dropped off at about 7 p.m. at the force's Langford detachment, about 15 kilometres outside of Victoria, B.C.
Police closed off a residential street in nearby Colwood on Friday and are treating the case as a homicide.
Police are not releasing the name of the man arrested nor that of the victim at this time.
The victim was pronounced dead by paramedics who attended the scene.
