Officials are investigating an early morning fire in Simcoe that caused $150,000 in damages. The Norfolk Fire Department says the blaze broke out shortly before 1 a.m. at a former Tim Hortons on Water Street. The building had been used as an encampment by people experiencing homelessness. Fire officials say there is no indication the blaze is suspicious. No injuries were reported.
