The former Costco Wholesale store in south London has been sold. Officials with CBRE Commercial Real Estate in London confirmed the building and the property at Wellington Road South and Highway 401 has been purchased by Enbridge gas. The sale price is $25.5 million. “Enbridge Gas has recently finalized the purchase of a new building at 4313 Wellington Rd. S. in London. Over the next two to three years, we will focus on planning, architectural upgrades and renovations to establish this location as the permanent home for our London-area employees,” Enbridge said in a statement to CTV News. Costco opened a new facility nearby on Dingman Drive in 2023.
