A collision in east London has proven fatal after a cyclist was struck by a car. Just before 2 p.m., police said emergency crews responded to the call in the area of Dundas Street and Vancouver Street. A 49-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious life-threatening injuries, and has since died. Police have spoken with the driver of the vehicle and are investigating. Anyone with dashcam or video surveillance of the incident is asked to contact police. The road has since reopened in all directions, and all lanes are operational.
