The Mustangs hammered York 63-28 in Toronto on the back of a 264-yard rushing performance by Ethan Dolby. With one game still remaining, he has already surpassed the single-season program record for rushing yards at 1220, passing former Buffalo Bill Tim Tindale’s record from 1991.“That’s fantastic, I didn’t know what the record was for Western.” Dolby told media after the contest when told of the record. “It just shows a testament to how hard we work. We still have one more game left, and let’s break the record more, but the guys up front and the blocking downfield are amazing, and that’s why I’ve been able to do what I’ve been doing this season.” Western’s offence took advantage of an overmatched Lions defence by totally 742 total yards, including 376 on the ground with six rushing touchdowns.
