A structure fire on Adelaide Street prompted the closure and redirection of traffic north of Cheapside on Monday evening. London fire crews were on the scene of a four-story apartment building for a fire in a fourth-floor unit. Firefighters deployed hose lines for search, rescue and fire control efforts. The blaze was extinguished fairly quickly, London fire estimates damages were less than $100,000, and no injuries were reported.
