A man from Guelph is facing two counts of committing an indecent act after witnesses said he was spotted partially nude in a park and near a school. The Guelph Police Service received their first report about the man around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday. They were told he was possibly touching himself at the park near Eramosa Road and Victoria Road North. The man was later seen leaving the park with his pants around his knees. He then reportedly walked past a nearby school. A 32-year-old Guelph man was arrested and charged.
