The Guelph Police Service is looking for more than $5,500 in cosmetics that were taken from a store in the city’s south-end. Police said a man and a woman walked into the business near Gordon Street and Clair Road on Dec. 10 just before 6 p.m. They walked down the beauty and skincare aisle and started hiding items inside the woman’s coat before leaving the shop. Investigators said nearly 300 items were taken. The first suspect was described as a 5’5” woman with tanned skin and black hair. She was approximately 20 years old with a thin build and wore a green jacket, grey shirt and black pants. The second suspect was described as a 5’7” man with tanned skin and curly black hair. He was also believed to be around 20 years old. He wore glasses, a black jacket over a tan hoodie, black pants and black shoes.
