A Niagara Falls man is facing charges after he was found sleeping inside a Guelph rental unit. Guelph Police said officers were called to a south-end home just after 6:30 a.m. Friday “The property manager said he has been showing the unit to potential tenants, but when he arrived Friday morning found a man sleeping in one of the beds and a large amount of mud and dirt on the floor,” police said in a news release. Police said the man was currently on bail with conditions to remain at his residence and not attend Guelph. The 29-year-old is charged with break and enter, mischief and failing to comply with a release order.
