Tributes have been posted online for a Waterloo woman who was said to have died on her way to work Monday. That same morning, two vehicles plunged off the Highway 8 flyover in Kitchener. No one was seriously hurt in the first incident but, a few hours after the road reopened, a second vehicle also went over the barrier. The driver involved in that crash died at the scene. A GoFundMe page has since been set up in memory of Uyen Nguyen. According to social media accounts, the 38-year-old worked at Toyota and many of the top campaign donors work for the company. Social media posts described her as loving and kind. Police have not confirmed the identity of the person who was killed in the Highway 8 flyover crash and an investigation into the cause is still underway.
