Drivers are being warned of road closures in Waterloo as post-secondary students return for the start of school. Students from the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College will begin moving in on Friday, Aug. 29. To make it easier for everyone, the city will limit parking or close some streets for move-in traffic only. The changes will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Friday and continue until 6 p.m. on Sunday.
