Waterloo Regional Police have released the photo of a person they want to speak to as part of a sexual assault and harassment investigation in Kitchener. In a media release, they said there had been four incidents reported at a residential building at Homer Watson Boulevard and Pioneer Drive between October 2025 and January 2026. One was an alleged sexual assault, while three other complaints were for criminal harassment. On Friday, police shared the photo of a person they were trying to identify as part of their investigation into these incidents. No description was provided, but the individual was wearing dark pants and a red puffer coat with fur trim. “Investigators are also looking to speak to any victims or witnesses in connection to these incidents, which may have involved the individual pictured,” the media release said.
