A unique property near Guelph has been listed for sale.

The price for the 11.6-acre property, on Jones Baseline and southeast of Highway 7, has been set at $3.4 million.

What makes it different from others on the market is that it includes Mustang Drive-In.

The fully operational movie venue is one the last of its kind in southern Ontario.

The drive-in’s listing on realtor.ca described it as “a beloved community entertainment hub” with “significant future potential.”

“The space can host concerts, festivals, markets and more, adding value,” it reads. “The property provides a unique income stream and a distinct presence in the local market, with strong local goodwill and community support.”
