Kelsey Grammer's divorce has been finalized.

The 55-year-old actor agreed to post $2.3 million to protect Camille Grammer's pension rights, meaning a judge in Los Angeles County Superior Court was able to sign their divorce decree.

The former couple -- who were married for 13 years and have two children, Mason, nine, and six-year-old Jude together -- will reportedly work out their property settlement rights at a later date.

At a hearing on Monday, the pair's legal representatives were told the divorce documents could not be signed until a financial settlement had been agreed.

The divorce means Kelsey is now free to go ahead with his plans to marry 29-year-old fiancee Kayte Walsh later this month.

In December, Camille reportedly rejected a $30 million settlement as it didn't include alimony or child support for their kids.

Following his split from Camille last July, Kelsey -- whose marriage to the 'Real Housewives' star was his third -- started dating 29-year-old Kayte but in October tragedy struck as she miscarried their first child together.

The former 'Frasier' star had repeatedly stated his desire to marry his new partner this month and the pair are even believed to have sent out wedding invitations.
