Day two of deliberations continue in the Jane Creba murder trial after a juror was relieved for personal reasons Friday morning.

Despite the unusual development, 11 jurors are going ahead in trying to determine whether the young man on trial, known as JSR, is guilty of second-degree murder.

The defense admits it would be reasonable to find the suspect guilty of weapons possession, but not second degree murder.

One lawyer for the defense says JSR is only guilty of holding one of the guns after it was used in the Boxing Day shoot out which killed 15-year-old Creba.

The suspect also faces charges of aggravated assault.
