OSLO, Norway - A Norwegian prosecutor says the indictment against the right-wing extremist who confessed to a bombing and shooting massacre in July will be ready on Friday.

Prosecutor Tor-Aksel Busch said Tuesday the indictment against Anders Behring Breivik won't be made public until everyone mentioned in it -- including survivors of the attacks and relatives of the 77 people killed -- have been notified. He said that process will take about a week.

Breivik has been held on preliminary terror charges for seven months. The charges are not expected to change in the indictment, though Busch declined to give any details.

Breivik has confessed to the attacks but denies criminal responsibility. If convicted, he could be sentenced to 21 years in prison or psychiatric care if he's deemed mentally ill.
