The Duchess of Cambridge and her husband Prince William will be touring Canada with a relatively humble entourage of seven people that will not include a lady-in-waiting or dresser, according to a report out of the U.K.

According to a story published Wednesday in the Daily Mail, the Royal couple's support staff for their 11-day North American tour will include two press secretaries, a hairdresser and a couple of private secretaries.

Not included in the Royal travelling clan is a lady-in-waiting and a dresser for Catherine Middleton, who has been a darling of the fashion world ever since her engagement to the Prince was announced last year.

"[W]e've kept it as tight as we possibly can," the couple's private secretary Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton told the newspaper. "But we've been minded of the fact (this is) the Duchess's first tour and she needs to be properly supported so she doesn't have to worry about stuff other than core matters."

Catherine will, however, have her hair stylist, James Pryce, at her beck and call.

The Royal couple's first official overseas tour will begin in Ottawa on June 30, and will include stops in Montreal, Quebec City, Charlottetown and Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Yellowknife and Calgary.

Prince William will be giving several speeches along the way. However, royal-watchers may be disappointed to learn that Catherine will not be following suit.

"There is a time and place to introduce yourself to the world of speaking," Lowther-Pinkerton told the Daily Mail when asked why the Duchess would not be speaking publicly.
