Tracking COVID-19 in Ontario

July 14, 2022

August 10, 2022 update: This tracker is no longer being maintained. As the collection and dissemination of provincial COVID-19 data has evolved over time, we've made available a new version of our national tracker here, which includes Ontario data as reported by the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Charting cases by date of symptoms onset

The chart above breaks down cases by the actual date the person's symptoms began, rather than the date the patient was added to the province’s daily count.

Cases may be retroactively added, so the most recent total may accumulate more cases in the future.

Cases are categorized as "Resolved", "Not resolved" or "Deaths", with the majority of unresolved cases being ones diagnosed within the past two weeks.
