MONTREAL - Former U.S. president George W. Bush is coming to Montreal.

A spokesman for the firm that booked the engagement, tinePUBLIC Inc., says Bush will deliver a lunch-hour address on Oct. 22.

The private, invitation-only event will take place at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth hotel.

This will be the third time Bush addresses Canadians since leaving office.

Bush spoke in Calgary in March and joined former U.S. president Bill Clinton at a Toronto event in May.

During those events, Bush spoke candidly about Afghanistan and new passport requirements and offered humorous accounts of life after the presidency.
