TORONTO -- Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's new cookbooks will be published by HarperCollins Canada, the company announced Thursday.

The Canadian company will publish "Jamie's 15-Minute Meals" and "Save With Jamie: Shop Smart, Cook Clever, Waste Less" this fall.

"15-Minute Meals," which came out in the United Kingdom, last year, will be available to Canadians for the first time, while "Save With Jamie" will be published at the same time around the world as part of a global publication.

HarperCollins Canada has been a publishing partner with Oliver for six years, but will publish Oliver's next two cookbooks, coming out in 2014 and 2015. Ecco will publish them in the United States.

Oliver is known for his efforts to promote cooking from scratch as a way to a healthier life.

His 2010 book, "Jamie's 30-Minute Meals," sold more than two million copies in the U.K. Other bestsellers include "The Naked Chef" and "Jamie's Food Revolution." His show "Food Revolution" won an Emmy.

"I'm really excited that we've now gone from partner to full-on publisher and I'm over the moon that they will be publishing my next four books in Canada," Oliver said in a news release. "I really love working over there and hope to spend more time out there in the years to come."
