Holiday Cheer House of the Year contest
Share your outdoor holiday displays with us for a chance to win $500 cash!
It's finally here: the best time of the year! It's the time of catchy (sometimes annoying) songs, delicious baking, parties, gifts being exchanged and, of course, all the decorations. From the smallest snowglobe to the most vibrant light displays, it fills us all with a sense of warmth and excitement.
We love it all so much that we want to see your outdoor holiday displays and we're giving one lucky winner a cash prize of $500!
Phase 1: From now until December 15, you can upload pictures of your festive displays (try to keep it to a maximum of 3, please!) from the form below and we'll show them to our viewers and on this page.
Phase 2: On December 15, we'll select the top four houses to be our finalists and display them on our Holiday Cheer Yard of the Year page.
Phase 3: On December 18th, we'll reveal the winner and present its owner with their prize live on CTV Your Morning Edmonton!
**Any submissions must be of your own personal property. Submissions of other properties not deemed to be your own will not be accepted**
No purchase necessary. Contest starts at 12:01 a.m. MT on December 1, 2025 and closes at 11:59 p.m. MT on December 14, 2025. Open to legal residents of Alberta, Canada who are of the age of majority in the province in which they reside. Some restrictions apply. Correct answer to a mathematical skill testing question required. Approximate retail value of the prize is $500.00 CAD.
