Yellowhead Trail, partially closed due to flooding on Monday, was reopened by Tuesday morning. The westbound lanes were closed from 97 Street to 124 Street around 3 p.m., as was 97 Street to westbound Yellowhead Trail and northbound 121 Street to westbound Yellowhead Trail. One lane was opened just before 8 p.m. The second was opened around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday. Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Blatchford station recorded 41 millimetres of rain on Monday. Since Saturday, rainfall amounts have totalled 120 millimetres in some areas of the province.
