Taste of Edmonton What is considered western Canada’s largest outdoor food festival is back in the downtown core this weekend until July 26. More than 50 Edmonton restaurants and food trucks are featuring more than 200 items. Live music will be played all day and into the night. The festival will also offer guided food bike tours on Fridays and both Saturdays. Great Outdoors Comedy Festival The cabaret-style outdoor comedy club headlined by Matt Rife, Pete Davidson and Aziz Ansari comes to Kinsmen Park starting Friday through Sunday. Tickets are still available online. FIFA World Cup Final watch party Ice District’s Fan Park is home to Edmonton’s last FIFA World Cup watch party. Spain and Argentina face off for the title of best soccer team in the world. Who will win? Who will lose? What will we watch next? When does hockey season start again? World Triathlon Cup Elite athletes are diving, sprinting and biking their way back into William Hawrelak Park this weekend. Also running through Monday is a family-friendly festival and age-group qualification races for the 2027 World Triathlon Multisport Championships. Registration is open online. Neon Skies Festival Fan Park will also host the likes of Conan Gray, Kesha, Natasha Bedingfield and Slayyyter on Friday and Saturday for the first-ever iteration of this festival. General admission starts at $129.95. Zach Top: Cold Beer and Country Music The name truly says it all. Zoobrew The Edmonton Valley Zoo is inviting animal lovers and craft beverage enjoyers to an after-hours event with adults-only drinks on Saturday night. Multiple local breweries are participating in the event. Admission starts at $33.50. Drink tickets are sold separately. Decades Market Edmonton’s vintage clothing market is back at the OEX 2 building on 102 Avenue on Friday and Saturday. Friday is the event’s night market with VIP access before a general market the following day. Attendees can browse curated collections of clothes and accessories, use the photo booth, get a live portrait, sip a dirty soda and listen to live music.
