Police are investigating a suspicious death that occurred in west Edmonton Monday. Officers responded to a report of a family dispute in a condominium complex in the area of Garnett Point at about 3:45 p.m. During the arrest of a 36-year-old man at the scene, police received information about another address involved in the area of 104 Avenue and 122 Street. Officers went to the second location and discovered the body of a dead 74-year-old man. The deceased and the man arrested are known to each other, police say. Homicide investigators continue to investigate. An autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday.
