Police are investigating a suspicious death that occurred in southeast Edmonton on Sunday evening. At around 10 p.m., Edmonton Police Service went to investigate reported gunshots near 66 Street and 38 Avenue. • Get the latest Edmonton updates right to your inbox Upon arrival, police said they found an injured 52-year-old man who was pronounced dead at the scene after EMS attempted life-saving measures. Police have not provided a cause of death, however an autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday. Police are asking anyone with surveillance or dash camera footage, or who has any other information, to call 780-423-4567.
