A Leduc haunt is hoping to scare up $3,000 for the local food bank in its third year. No Bull RV puts a twist on the annual haunted house tradition typical of the Halloween season, converting one of its trailers on site into a spooky experience. “We just love giving back to the community. Plus, we like thrilling people a little bit and giving them something unusual,” said owner Rick Showers. “The staff is actively involved in coming up with ideas and new concepts.” The trailer is open during business hours through Oct. 31 and is free to visit, but No Bull RV asks that visitors bring a cash or food donation. “Talking to the food bank folks, cash is actually better…. They can do a lot more with $5 than you or I can. So, cash or food donations. Or if you can’t: no big deal. Come out, say hello, have a walk through, have some fun, get scared, and enjoy your Halloween,” Showers said. “(It’s) totally geared for kids and the kid on the inside of the grownups.” With files from CTV News Edmonton’s Evan Klippenstein
