Eligible Alberta residents can access COVID-19 vaccines for free starting next week. The provincial government said Thursday in a media release that select people can get COVID-19 boosters at no cost to them starting Tuesday at participating pharmacies and Primary Care Alberta health clinics. People eligible for free vaccine include: Appointments for children under age 12 can be made through Primary Care Alberta public health clinics online or by calling Health Link at 811. Those aged 12 and older can book appointments through pharmacies, with some offering walk-in service.
