Edmonton Police Service (EPS) has released the picture of a man believed to be involved in a series of thefts at cosmetic and music stores in March and April. Surveillance video captured an image of the man wearing a black or grey hoodie and blue jeans. He is described as a white man in his 40s or 50s. Police said in a press release the man “primarily targets beauty and hair products, carrying them out in a black plastic garbage bag.” EPS also released a picture of a dark blue Chevrolet Aveo, which it says is connected to the man and the break-and-enters around the city.
