LRT service between downtown Edmonton and the Muttart Conservatory was disrupted early Wednesday morning because of a vehicle rollover. Police say a white Jeep was reported driving at “a high rate of speed” north on 100 Street before it struck a curb and pole at 102 Avenue. The male driver was hospitalized. No other vehicles or trains were involved. As of 8:30 a.m., Edmonton Transit Service did not have a timeline for regular Valley Line train service resuming. Buses were brought in for commuters. Police are still investigating.
