Two Albertans are more than $2 million richer. According to the Western Canada Lottery Corporation, Wednesday’s classic Lotto 6/49 draw was won by two tickets bought in Alberta. The tickets both matched all six numbers (6, 25, 27, 34, 38, 49) to win $2.5 million each. One was bought in Edmonton, while the other was bought somewhere outside of Edmonton and Calgary. The winners have one year to claim their prizes.
