Arkells to play 3 nights in Edmonton in May

The Arkells will play at The Buckingham on May 14, The Starlite Room on May 15 and Midway Music Hall on May 16. Tickets go on sale Friday.

Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver will each host the Arkells for three nights in May.

The band will play at a different venue each night and says it wants to create a unique, personal experience.

In Edmonton, the Arkells will perform at Buckingham, the Starlite Room, and the Midway Music Hall May 14-16.

“Playing multiple nights in each city lets us do something that feels deeply important right now: introduce new music, stretch out across our entire catalogue, and create a different experience each night,” read a press release Tuesday morning.

The band’s next album, Between Us, will be released in April.

Tickets go on pre-sale on Wednesday and general sale on Friday.
