A 23-year-old man is facing charges including assault with a weapon after it was reported that an armed man was attacking random people in south Edmonton Monday afternoon. Edmonton police said officers responded to the area of 16 Avenue and 105 Street just before 3 p.m. to reports of a man attacking people with a weapon. A 62-year-old man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
