LONDON, Ont. - The trial of a man accused of killing Victoria Stafford is hearing that a car believed to be his slowed down as it drove past the girl's school two minutes before she was abducted.

Ontario provincial police forensic video analyst Gerald Lanna is testifying today at the trial of Michael Rafferty about techniques he used to clarify surveillance footage.

Lanna is the Crown's 60th and final witness as it wraps up its case against Rafferty today.

He has concluded that a car that drives past Tori's school in Woodstock, Ont., three times on April 8, 2009 -- the day she was abducted -- can't be excluded as Rafferty's Honda Civic.

It drives past at 9:04 a.m., 3:05 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., just two minutes before Tori is seen on surveillance video being led away from her school by Rafferty's girlfriend Terri-Lynne McClintic.

The Crown alleges that McClintic led Tori to Rafferty's car, which was waiting in the parking lot of a retirement home, near where the car is seen slowing down on the video.
