The Calgary Stampede has released details of the 68 different menu items available on the midway this year. The offerings include wild and wacky foods as well as traditional twists and international offerings.

This year's Calgary Stampede midway menu, A to Z Area 51 Taco Burger - An out of this world taco burger just crash landed at Stampede! A UFO-shaped burger loaded with cosmic layers of Mexican fusion: seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese, jalapeños, and shredded lettuce, with a slice of sweet mango drenched in chamoy and Tajín finished with a galactic drizzle of cilantro-lime alien sauce. This year's Calgary Stampede midway menu, A to Z Buldak Stuffed Grilled Cheese - Sweet, spicy, cheesy chaos. This Buldak-stuffed grilled cheese brings the heat with every bite. Loaded with saucy, spice-packed noodles and wrapped in crispy, golden bread. When the heat kicks in, the gooey cheese cools things down-before the spice builds again.
